DERBY CONCERT ORCHESTRA
TRUST FUND
The Derby Concert Orchestra Trust Fund was set up more than twenty years ago as the result of a bequest to the DCO by a local business man.
The Trust has over the years provided financial support to many young musicians in Derbyshire to further their musical training. Grants have been awarded for a variety of reasons including help towards lesson funding, examination entry fees and courses.
Awards are granted three times per year and applications should be made by the 25th January, 25th May or 25th September. Applicants may only apply once per year.
The Trust is administered by a group of Trustees approved by the DCO; at present it is made up of retired and current members of the orchestra. The Chair is Bryan Clarke.
