WELCOME to the DCO's 59th season

Again we believe variety will be the spice of life, after all where else would you hope to see Tubby the Tuba and a Mahler Symphony in consecutive concerts?

The season begins and ends with Brahms, with the mighty Resurrection Symphony and an all English concert coming in-between. Elgar's inspiring Cello Concerto and Vaughan-Williams' Second Symphony forming part of this celebration of English Music.
