The celebrations marking the orchestra's Diamond Jubilee year may have ended but there is certainly no sense of an anti-climax about the DCO's 61st season. The new season's concerts contain some old favourites, some undisputed greats of the repertoire, a selection of popular film music and one or two new and unfamiliar works, offering something for all tastes.
